Shirral David Jennings

October 7, 1934 - April 28, 2009

Shirral was born in Marthaville, Louisiana, and received his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University and Master’s from the University of Tennessee. His career in DoDDS included being the director of the ERC in Munich and the special education coordinator at the district office in Heidelberg.

Shirral retired to Knoxville, Tennessee, in 2002 where he lived until his death in 2009.
