Rita Wells

Her career in DoDDS began with a one year junior high assignment to Johnson Air Base Japan. After a four year break in Michigan, she returned to the program as a teacher for five years at Hahn Air Base in Germany; six years at Woodbridge, England; three years as an assistant principal at Izmir, Turkey; and six years as the Mathematics coordinator for the Mediterranean Region. She became a life member of AOSHS at one of the first meetings in Flagstaff, Arizona. Upon being elected to the board in 2008, she accepted the position of treasurer and in 2011 extended her commitment to the board for a second term.
