Woodbridge JHS History

Woodbridge Junior High School opened in 1971 for grades seven through nine. The school was located at RAF Station Woodbridge, England. The school administrators were principal John Middleton, assistant principal Darryl Mackey and teacher/assistant principal Ira Scheier. There were 123 ninth graders, 156 eighth graders and 190 seventh graders. The faculty numbered twenty. The students published a yearbook and a school newspaper, had a student council and a junior honor society.

The school closed in 1973 due to the opening of the new high school.
