Kitzingen Intermediate School opened in August 2004 when the Kitzingen Elementary School, which was located in two buildings, was divided into two separate schools. Pupils in grades three through five attended the school in Marshall Heights housing area in Building 319, which was near the Army and Air Force Exchange Service Shoppette. The principal of the school was Shirley Sheck.
The school was closed in 2006.
