Guam High School is located at 401 Stitt Street in Agana Heights in the U.S. territory of Guam. The school has approximately 450 students enrolled in grades nine through twelve. The staff includes forty-six teachers and two administrators. The school was opened in 1997 when DoDEA opened its own schools for children of military personnel.

The school colors are blue and gold, and the mascot is the Panther.

Guam High School students wear school uniforms. The uniforms consist of navy blue, white, or black golf shirts and oxford shirts with khaki trousers, skirts, or shorts. The uniforms became mandatory in January 2008.

School athletic activities include baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, soccer, golf, paddling, rugby, softball, tennis, track and field, volleyball, and wrestling. Extracurricular programs include journalism, NJROTC, Junior Science and Humanities Symposium, drama, student government, and class councils. In addition, there is a schoolwide CCTV morning broadcast—Panther News Network (PNN).

Ms. Katrina Watts is the principal for the 2022-23 school year and Mr. Chad Struhs is the assistant principal.
